At NutriARRT Wellness Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered dietary supplements unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nutriarrtwellnesshub.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened dietary supplements
- Used products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
